In my early years, I pursued my passion for art history across Europe’s institutions in Münster, Westphalia, Rome and Berlin, eventually winning a masters degree. With this academic background and love for creative spirits, I’ve flourished in the art world, holding senior positions in Germany, Switzerland and the UK. My expertise in the industry led me to establish a gallery and private arts club In Zurich, and through these formative 20 years, I have also crafted a niche vocation as an art advisor.
I have a love for collectors, and art fanatics alike, and as such, have a strong belief in nurturing meaningful connections between collectors, artists and their practice.
My work is all about discovering and unearthing contemporary art first hand: in artists, their studios and works, galleries and hidden spaces. Art, viewed digitally, never offers the wow-factor of the real thing: a first-hand and intimate experience with creativity.
I’ve now adopted a unique position in Berlin and enjoy nothing more than introducing new and established collectors to contemporary art and opportunities, that they would have otherwise missed!
The Future of Contemporary Art
